Kia Delaney holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and serves as Assistant Director of TRIO Teacher Preparation Student Support Services at Grand Valley State University, where she supports future educators and oversees student success initiatives. With over 15 years of experience working with youth across educational, community, and faith-based settings, Kia brings a grounded, practical approach to trauma-informed care.
Through her signature Resilience Rewind Framework, participants gain shared language and actionable strategies to respond to behavior with consistency, care, and confidence strengthening culture, deepening relationships, and creating environments where young people feel safe, supported, and understood.
